Business Development Manager
Schertz, TX
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities through all mediums of outreach including but not limited to: networking and community events, cold calling, and in-depth research.
- Assist in the job scoping, bidding, and estimation process by gathering all relevant information and negotiating effectively on behalf of the company.
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, proposals, bids, contracts, and follow up through installation – ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with multiple internal and external teams, including project management, engineering, fabrication, and installation to meet deadlines and manage client expectations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers through the sales cycle, providing clear and effective communication.
- Implement continuous improvement plans for sales processes.
- Maintain documentation for all prospecting activity and sales pipeline.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
Skills and Requirements:
- 3+ years in B2B sales, experience in signage, construction, printing, or other contracting industries strongly preferred.
- Strong ability to read and understand construction project scopes, drawings, and bid documents
- Proficiency in CRM Software.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to consult with executives, project managers, and production teams.
- Proven experience in attracting and maintaining new client relationships.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
- High energy and a proactive approach to work.
- Self-motivated, results driven, and organized.
- A sense of ownership and attention to detail with commitment to producing high-quality work.

Project Manager
Schertz, TX
We are searching for an in-person, high-energy Project Manager who is motivated and excited by providing excellent service to clients, finds satisfaction in problem solving, and continuously looks for ways to improve existing processes. This role will report directly to our Senior Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience leading construction and/or signage projects from start to finish, exhibit excellent organizational skills, and is able to manage multiple projects/initiatives at once. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage signage projects from inception through completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies as they arise.
- Work with the Senior Project Manager to develop and implement project management processes, including software, to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with multiple internal and external teams, including engineering, fabrication, and installation to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders (Customers, municipalities, vendors, etc.), providing clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communicate project status, updates, issues, and resolutions to stakeholders and senior management.
- Implement continuous improvement plans for project management processes.
- Maintain documentation for all project-level decisions and changes to the original plan.
Skills and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in ERP Software
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management. Signage experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and standard practices.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel including but not limited to: pivot tables, data manipulation/analysis/visualization, automation, and data governance standards. Excel test will be provided during the interview process.
- Ability to communicate, visualize, and report project status and completion updates using tools that include but are not limited to: Gantt charts, status tracking reports, risk reporting, etc.
- Proven experience in managing construction projects from start to finish.
- High energy and a proactive approach to work.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A sense of ownership and attention to detail with commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues, always bringing new ideas to the table.
- Be a self-starter, with the ability to work both in a team-oriented environment and independently.
