We are looking for an energetic Sign Installer with a solution-oriented mindset.

Job Description:

We are searching for high-energy and reliable Sign Installers (interior signs) willing to work 80% nighttime hours. Pay is increased $2.00 hourly for all hours 10pm-5am. Some daytime shifts are scheduled as well. The ideal candidate will have experience with all general hand and power tools and have experience in installations or construction. Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize a wide array of tools and equipment to assemble and install signs, architectural elements, decals and many other product types.
• Work 80% of the time during overnight hours
• Travel to jobsites (in company vehicles) and be able to stay out of town for a couple of days if needed.
• Collaborate with team members across the company to understand installations of various signage products.
• Work with managers to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.

Skills & Requirements:

• Able to work full time and be reliable
• Have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record
• Knowledge of all general hand and power tools and be able to use construction/carpentry type of skills when assembling products.

We are looking for a creative and dynamic Design Engineer to join our team and help us build exceptional products for our customers.

Job Description:

We are searching for a Design Engineer who is motivated and excited by innovation in the branded environments and architectural elements space. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record creating new products using SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or other 3D modelling software. This role is critical to our operations and will involve designing and optimizing signage products to ensure efficiency and quality. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop new products and optimize existing suite of products for efficiency and quality.
• Utilize CAD Software to create technical drawings and 3D renderings for internal and external usage, providing clear instructions for fabrication and installation.
• Review and interpret project specifications, blueprints, and other documentation to create accurate and functional designs.
• Ensure all designs comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and company guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of design changes and project documentation.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of bill of materials for all incoming and existing projects.
• Evaluate, recommend, and implement new technology including software, equipment, machinery, and tools to enhance capabilities.
• Observe production workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high quality products and services to customers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing/engineering issues as they arise.
• Assist in the maintenance of documentation for all manufacturing processes and procedures.

Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced skill level in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar. Case Study will be provided.)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Design Engineering. Signage experience is a plus but not required.
• Proven experience in building and optimizing products from scratch.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• High energy and a proactive approach to work.
• A sense of ownership and attention to detail with commitment to producing high-quality work
