Problem

H-E-B, one of the largest grocery chains in the United States, continues to expand through new store openings and remodel programs. As part of that growth, they needed to deploy updated signage packages across multiple stores, including entirely new designs and builds, refreshed department identities, and a more consistent in-store customer experience.

This was not a single-sign project. The scope required engineering, fabrication, and installation of a high-volume signage system across multiple retail environments, while maintaining strict consistency in branding, legibility, and execution quality.

The Solution

We continue to support H-E-B by managing interior graphics and signage execution across multiple store locations, producing and installing a broad range of branded elements as part of their updated rollout program.

The scope included a mix of:

  • Vinyl graphics
  • Hanging signs
  • Structural signage
  • Architectural signage elements
  • Wayfinding signage
    ADA signage
  • Department-specific branded identification signage

Our role required coordination across design intent, value engineering, fabrication standards, and field installation to ensure the package remained consistent throughout each store and across all locations. Every element was produced to support H-E-B’s brand standards while improving in-store navigation and department visibility.

Final Impact

While still ongoing, the multi-year rollout has enabled H-E-B to maintain a consistent interior signage experience across multiple stores while supporting ongoing expansion and remodel efforts. The updated signage package improved department clarity, strengthened brand continuity, and contributed to a more organized and intentional customer journey.

By delivering high-volume signage production with repeatable quality, we helped H-E-B scale store updates without compromising execution standards.
